Please explain the bold part. You mean you just cannot extract energy fast enough? Remember that the program is attempting to surge ahead and is being limited by the ability of the body to extract energy, so instead of a spike that gets held, we have a spike that drops off to what the speed limit of the digestive system is.
I'll try to explain in detail:
-During the day I often get this feeling in my stomach which makes me think that I'm hungry or need food. I usually don't snack between the meals, but lately I have been eating food outside of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
-As a result of the additional food in my body, I notice two things:
#1. I can feel my waistline growing - it's just a feeling, I haven't actually measured it. I feel it by how tight my jeans feel at the waist.
#2. At times when I get hungry and eat, soon after eating I feel full. So full that I feel food in my throat (figuratively speaking), but I still feel the hunger pangs. Which originally made me feel that the energy I feel as a result of sub must be coming from something other than food as well (i.e. a mix of sources: food and something else - I don't know what though)
-However, after reading your response to my post, I agree that it sounds more like the food is not being converted into energy fast enough. I didn't think about it, but it makes sense when you say that the digestive system is not able to process the food fast enough for some reason.
Hope this helps explain what I was trying to convey, better.
