Thanks for the prompt response, Shannon. I'm looking forward to it - should be helpful with the pain associated with an accident related injury to cervical spine.
BTW, I didn't realise you read each and every post on the forum. Commendable! and I appreciate it.
I actually don't have time to read all posts, and some few I intend to read slip through the net also. But I do what I can.
Quote:As for the sub, I was extremely tired last night and was asleep as soon as I hit the mattress. As a result didn't get to listen to the sub while I was asleep. I listened to the sub during the day instead. Result: Feeling much better in the evening compared to past few days since I started 5 loops of v2.4.
My observation: Using the sub causes energy build up (is this what is called the aura?). Also, using the sub causes a lot more energy to be used up compared to resting state. In general I would have had to be awake for about 16-18 hours during the day and would have done a bit of exercise before I felt this exhausted. Since the exhaustion kicks in about 12-14 hours after waking up, I'd say the sub causes the body to use about 30-35% more energy. Since I am not doing any physical exercise these days (which means not wasting energy on anything else) I'd add another 10-15% to it. Essentially, 40-50% more energy usage in total.Quote:I have noted that I consistently eat approximately 3-4 times as much food, and I am under the impression that I am consistently burning at least three times the calories. It is quite possible that your estimate is low because you are not accounting for the energy that was supplied by the food when considering physical exhaustion.I completely agree with it and it makes sense why I feel like I'm eating more, but my body is notconsuming all the food and as a result I feel exhausted/drained after 12-14 hours.
[quote]Surprisingly, I'm not sure if all this energy is coming from food. I have starting eating more, but I feel that I am eating more than my body is consuming. I wonder what the other source of energy could be.[
Edit/Update: Just read Shannon's journal at http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-1233-p...#pid133040
[quote]"I have concluded that 2.4 is struggling in part because it cannot extract energy from food fast enough."
Please explain the bold part. You mean you just cannot extract energy fast enough? Remember that the program is attempting to surge ahead and is being limited by the ability of the body to extract energy, so instead of a spike that gets held, we have a spike that drops off to what the speed limit of the digestive system is.
Quote:On the topic of exhaustion, what could be the reason for exhaustion? Body not being able to convert the food into energy in a timely fashion? Diet? Energy and oxygen being diverted away from brain (resulting in an 'exhausted' feeling)? Any ideas?
Exhaustion will come from the fact that energy is being expressed through the aura, and a huge amount of energy is being fed to the brain not only to process all these instructions, but to execute them and work on various things. Manipulating large amounts of energy also requires large amounts of energy, so it;s entirely possible that the body is using reserves of energy that would normally go to the rest of the body, and feeding them to the brain instead, or projecting them.
Quote:Anyhow, I said something of sexual nature to a girl at work - something I wouldn't normally do. Maybe autopilot? Does it mean there's a possibility of sex with her? I don't actually like her and don't find her attractive Anyway, let's see what happens.
Another observation: while listening to v2.4, I've noticed that if I am interrupted and am not able to finish the entire loop, I start feeling low on energy. I wonder what causes that.
There are good reasons why we include the ASRB, and why you should observe it. It's a sort of short circuit effect sometimes experienced during interrupt that seems to stem from a partial implementation of the instruction set, given how important those instructions are for handling the energy properly.
