Neediness spiked up a lot and had some really intense dreams about things that have been very emotional for me in the past. I'm very glad I did E2 for 3 months to start off with as I'm sure that cleared out a lot of stuff. I'm hoping this will pass quite quickly.
I feel you man. Yesterday was like that for me as well.
