Its actually kinda hard to say because Shannon has this thing called the naturalizer that makes it hard to see results right away but it's there lol. And I think I generalized the statement"I'm more relaxed in public". So let me explain a bit more. It actually means a lot. When I started AM6 it exposed a lot of insecurities I had towards life in general and really gave me an edginess that I couldn't explain. Even after my first run I was so anxious and had a lot of insecurities that I couldn't stand in public without having social anxiety or whatever and you can forget about talking to hot women. So during my run with wm I noticed that I was much much calmer around women. I would strike up conversations with the girls in my class and one just happened to be the hottest girl. But it wasn't all smooth sailing. I had a lot of incongruence. One minute I would be fun and playful the next I'm cold and repelling women. It was up and down. I did become more honest and open but to a certain extent. I notice that I overcame a lot of my fears, had some masculinity from AM programming. The feeling inside me is definitely a thousand times better than ever because I have a sense of purpose and knowing I'm going to get to where I want to be. I began to realize that I was building foundation actually for sex magnet. Running AM6, wm, ASC now, Ephra later then DMSI then the mother of all subs. I have this inevitable feeling that is pushing me to get to where I need to be but there is a lot of rough patches including my job that has forced me to become introvert. If I had to do it all over again I would start with single stage subs instead of going straight to six stage subs only because wm kicked my ass more than AM.
Also I noticed that I started taking my health very seriously and started buying and investing in vitamins, eating healthier exercising.
Overall I found my experience with wm to still be great
