Hi Shannon, I have a question.
I have been doing alpha and overcome pornography addiction. I have about 12 days of Stage 4 left.
Anyway, i've done overcome pornography for 5 or 6 weeks and it worked okay initially. But right now keeping up exercise is more important to me.
I'm about to start a new program, I have been doing the 5 Tibetan Rites for about a month and have got lazy on it, now i'm attracted to Tacfit Warrior. Anyway, I want to program myself to actually enjoy exercise, because I really seem to hate it and dread it. I got exercise motivation and enjoyment 4g when I made my last purchase so plan to start that.
Should I leave time between overcome pornography (which I will stop alltogether) and starting the exercise one? I have used overcome pornography today so plan to switch over tomorrow, is it too soon?
