Though it's been more than 24 hours since I last listened to DMSI 2.1, I just had a notable experience.
I haven't experienced an auric hot flash since my report where the young blonde cashier flushed and played with her hair while on my vacation. That was 4 days ago.
Tonight I went to a Mexican restaurant with my wife and son for dinner. While we were sitting there, I suddenly got extremely hot. I said, "Dang, it's hot in here! Are you hot?" My wife looked at me quizzically and said, "Noo...." I simultaneously felt my eyes drawn to the front door of the restaurant. Timed perfectly with my hot flash experience, this beautiful blonde (again, a blonde) walks in with 3 other adults and a child. As they walk closer, I see that I know her. She is my wife's best work friend - another highly intelligent, hard working blonde. Have y'all figured out that I love blondes!? Anyway, as soon as I noticed her, the heat began to dissipate.
I'd only met this person twice before - and there was a natural chemistry. It wasn't merely physical, there was definitely an energetic compatibility as well. I was driving her and my wife to the airport so they could attend a conference in Vegas together. Though I hadn't met her before, she kept touching my arm, laughing, and even negged my wife. It's no secret to my wife that I think she's attractive - it doesn't bother her. The second time, I picked them up from the same trip, and she was even more flirty.
On the way out of the restaurant, we stopped to talk to her, her husband, and their friends. I noticed that I had locked eyes with her for a long time (and when I noticed, I broke eye contact and noticed her husband was watching me). Old me would never have done that (locked eye exclusively for that long). I probably wouldn't have looked her way much at all, so as not to give her the "wrong idea." For this woman to be such great friends with my wife, she was more interested in looking at me while she talked, than her. I barely said two words, but with all the "eye talk," I doubt words were necessary.
