Some people respond more readily than, and more quickly than, others. It depends on your personality and your thinking style. I used to think that anything less than three days of use was placebo effect, but I have seen too many cases of results in less than a day from experiments where the subject did not know what specific title was playing to believe that anymore. I have, it seems, utterly destroyed the speed of results barrier for most people. When I started studying this, it typically required 14 to 32 days minimum to start seeing results... that was with standard technology for subliminals. The difference in that and what you have seen is why I am constantly doing research and refining my programs: there is still something to improve.
