How I understand, Google and the search engine, Lychee is a sort of fruit in China Well, it sounds like someone was shopping for Lychee fruit

Earlier today, in fact, I came across them at my local farmer's market. They have lychee trees out back.

Lychee happens to be one of my favorite fruit. But I think DAOSI/MSI may have had a hand in that as well since could just as well have gone to any regular supermarket instead. But they would not have had lychees...
