Odd how small incidents have such a domino effect sometimes. I am in the process of conquering my damaged self-esteem and self-image. I must say alpha has helped and even acted as a strong catalyst. I have been lacking a lot of motivation and willpower in the earlier stages. Now I have a great source that I am able to tap into fairly easy. Time to live my life the way I intended
