Yes, you can use those two together.

They have been combined successfully before. But using them together may magnify potential resistance. My own combination of those two subs was fruitful, yet I experienced the aforementioned increased resistance and stopped this combo. In my opinion running 4G's solo, one after the other, is more effective than combining them.
