Lets say I have very sticky procrastination that I want to deal with once and for all. I can use Overcome Procrastination solo for 3 months and sort that out. Or I could spend 6 months using Life Tune up 2.0 which deals with many things including Overcome Procrastination.
In this situation using Overcome procrastination solo for 3 months would be the most effective in Overcoming procrastination right?
That depends on which theories of the root cause for procrastination you accept, or believe apply to you, I suppose. I think I would use the one for overcoming procrastination, and if that does not produce a noticeable and appreciable result within 32 days, add in the Life Tune-Up, and use the two together.
