My only hiccup was tardiness they pulled me aside about it, I listened, and start coming super early bc I live far away. When I did so, everything was fine till 4 weeks ago , I was super early , the place empty and after being badger three times with the " what are you doing ?" question I was asked to leave my job because I was too early. HR is lackluster in its performance, if it's one person , it falls on deaf ears.
There are situations like this. All I ask is for more pleasant sociability in AM7 bc another co worker there, disrespects the clients and staff and managers with impunity and he gets treated better and dare I say loved and allowed to do so.
Let me get this straight, you got fired because you showed up too early to your job? If I was in your shoes, I would be getting on the phone with the labor board in your state to file a claim. Employers can't fire you for being early period, especially if you weren't clocked in yet! But it sounds like they're using your tardiness as an excuse to fire you, even though they won't admit it unless, they're forced to. In my opinion, you might have a case of wrongful termination or dismissal and if you fight it, the company who fired you, would have to give you your job back period. What they did IMO is legally wrong.
