Excellent question.

State shifting technology in my subs should dominate and disrupt normal meditation efforts. "Powered meditation", such as induced by mind programming or state altering audio/video, will conflict. That's why it says not to use with an other mind programming.

How about mindfulness meditation where you just focus on breathe and automatically move to alpha level?

You are welcome to experiment, but I fully expect that the state shifting will dominate.

On second thought, let me say this. I believe that the state shifting subliminal result will dominate but it may not de-rail meditation. The state generated by the sub may or may not be incompatible with the meditation, so it may depend on the goal of the sub vs the meditation.

What if it's a fear releasing meditation?

When the word "meditation" is used, it can be used in two ways. It can describe a focus on something, or it can describe an intentional entering into and use of a self-created altered state for some purpose.

When you meditate and alter your state of mind, the state shifting technology will most likely dominate what state you experience and achieve to whatever degree that your desired state conflicts. How's that?

They are designed to transfer all safety functions that are currently governed by fear to the rational mind. If your intuition of danger is governed by fear, it should be disconnected. If not, then it will not. Intuition is about awareness originating from the irrational and emotional awareness, but that awareness does not need to be based in fear. Therefore, awareness of danger without fear is still there. But if you are looking for your fears to influence your intuition, they will likely be redirected instead. Which is fine, because fear typically disrupts accuracy in intuition anyway.

May have missed the answer to this:
Why would someone choose OF5G over OGSF5G?
Seems like OGSF does what OF would do PLUS reduces Guilt and Shame (more stuff is better, right? )
Or does the targeted nature of OF mean it would be somewhat better than OGSF at overcoming fear specifically?

If you think you have only fear and no guilt or shame, OF would be faster.

Personal opinion: Do OGSF so you are sure everything is removed. I see a lot of people choosing OF over OGSF and to me it's doesn't make sense as most people will have guilt or shame too.
So to me a lot of people are choosing the wrong sub.

I would like to back up that request for Ultimate Writer 5g with state shifting! Would love to have the passion, discipline and creative juices for both my non-fiction and fiction writing. If Shannon can build in the same kind of study focus he put into Maximum Learning Speed, it could make a huge difference to the output of all the budding writers on this forum

I would suggest a section at the bottom of OF and OGSF explaining this (as done with http://www.subliminal-shop.com/product/w...agnet-2-0/ )... I am sure anyone unfamiliar with the conversations on OF/OGSF would have the same question.

NOT ONLY AM I a budding writer I waaay beyound it,Im Ripe as hell and that part of me is just waiting in the wings to come forth and flippin do it. I've had tons of people tell me you should be a writer and more than a few damn good psychic's tell me str8 up.."why the hell aren't "chew writing?" or why haven't you started?"
