That website I gave you was practical advice, it does work, not mumbo jumbo. Until you decide to use it, the sexual energy sometimes called nervous energy that you are building up can be used several ways.

You can workout and get into fantastic physical shape. You can start a business and focus on it's success. You can learn a new language or learn to play an instrument. Find a hobby, like photography or collecting something meaningful to you.

All these ideas are better than watching porn. The important thing is to find something you really enjoy so you can continue doing it on a daily basis!

I do agree. Acting is what I want to do for a career and what I am training for. I was also really into physical fitness over the summer. Once classes started, I had less time and on a college budget, I couldn't eat my primal meals like I had cooked at home. I still maintain an 8 hr IF window though most days.

If I could just get in the gym 4 days a week and do some solid work for 30-45 min I know I could finally get where I want to be. Just gotta make the time. With the subs, I feel like I need more sleep most of the time, but I just gotta make the time. I feel if I could just get to single digit bodyfat, I'd definitely be in great shape to model which could help me with my acting.

And about the Youtube channel. I've thought about it for a while. And I feel like I'd need at least one other person to do it with me and maybe over time someone to edit the videos. I think having at least 2 people on a team would be really productive for creating new ideas. Just gotta find someone.

But yeah, tomorrow regardless I'll definitely at least do some bodyweight training to start conditioning myself again. And I don't mean some jumping jacks, I mean like pushups, handstand holds, squat thrusts..the real deal.

It looked like it wouldn't be that challenging, but I haven't been keeping myself in condition and I can definitely say that this was challenging. I'm still a little light headed. I'm glad I'm getting back to it though, it just felt right to be challenging my body. It felt good. I shouldn't have any problems sticking strictly to this training routine. Once I'm back on top of it, I may add some things in.

I was out for a couple hours today and I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary. I made sure to not wear any mones this weekend so I could see how the sub is affecting me and my environment.
