Week 4
Day 22 - 8 hours ultrasonic from 2AM - 10AM
Day 23 - 8 hours Ultrasonic from 1:30AM - 9:30AM
*Day 24 - 8 hours Ultrasonic from 1:30AM - 9:30AM Trickling Stream 8PM - 10PM

I have been doing good with my 4th week and I have noticed a lot of my memories of when I was younger is coming up and I have had dreams about them. I also have noticed that I feel agitated and angry more which is strange as I have been calm and understanding most of the time. I have been snapping at people and want to be left alone. This could be the first sign of resistance. I am getting into tapping as well and got a free ebook on Amazon kindle store on how to do it. Specifically for self-confidence. I'll see how I am at the end of the week.
