Headphones for sleep?

How do you guys sleep with your headphones on without falling out of your ears by the morning? I have these big headphones and they fall off too (Tried brainwave technology way before this stuff years ago) and that's what would happen, not sure now. Please don't recommend sleepphones, I'm looking for other alternatives. Maybe you tie a rubberband around your head? hahaha

I don't know how but when my headphone fall I just wake up. I don't know how long it takes me to wake up.
But I know that when my headphone doesn't fall I don't wake up (strange).
Maybe Shannon could add some triggers when the headphone fall so we don't miss anything.
