From the manual (which you can download via Shannon's journal: "You’ll notice that Stage 1 is 60 minutes in length, while the other stages are 80

I've done all the emails i've got so far for coupons and replied to all of you. Anyone who has sent me pm's for the coupons, i've had the announcement to not pm me for support/order issues up for a long time. Other pm's are okay like asking me about a program i've used/am using or for a chat or whatever.
I've had so many of these when people should have seen the announcement that is on every page of the forum, so any support or order questions to my pm won't be answered anymore.. instead send it to the store email.
