I don't want to tell my family i'm using subliminals.When they ask "what are you using them(speakers) for?"....what should i say?

If anyone asks me I just tell them, but if I know they won't understand I just say I like listening to the sound of a trickling stream.

In my opinion, it is none of their business. If I feel the need, I'll tell them the sounds are soothing and help me sleep.

Interesting, mine never asked. I'd probably just say a relaxation program or something.

I used to say as an excuse why I can't stay at a girls place "I have to go home and meditate before bed" which I also do, but the other reason was subliminals. I just didn't mention that part.
