On AM 5.0 compared to AM 2010:

AM 5.0 stage 1 day 6

This version is brilliant and huge improvement compared to the 2010 version I used before.It feels a lot more smoother and normal.I change and it seems like it's was there and it's not a big deal.

One man's experiences with the Alpha Male Subliminal Training Set Ver. 5.0 Stage 1:

So just finished one month of Stage One of AM 5.0. This month has been pretty amazing looking back. The first week I didn't notice too much, except needing even more sleep than I did on AM 2011. The second and third week I went through a period of profound sadness and depression. But I emerged from those weeks with so much mental clarity about who I am, what I want, and what direction I want my life to go. It was like before I was drifting aimlessly without a purpose I was excited about and then WHAM I saw exactly where I wanted to go. This week because of that I have been super focused and productive - knowing exactly what I want to do.

Note: Sadness and depression are unusual to experience in Stage 1. Most people (if they experience these effects at all) will experience them during Stage 2. When these emotions are experienced as a response to using AM 5.0, it will be because the program is pushing you to let go of something you have been holding on to for security that has also been holding you back, or pushing you to act in a manner that frightens you, which you are resisting. Depression is usually the result of anger or frustration that you are experiencing from changes the program is causing in you subconsciously, which you are too afraid to express. These things are typically experienced for between a day and a few weeks, and then the issue causing them is overcome and clarity and growth becomes glaringly obvious.

Day 7 stage 2.I have to say I feel like the AM program has done more for me so far than any self help or therapy I've done in the past.I feel as though I'm still waking up in many ways and its a process. About the effects Alpha Male 5.0 Stage 1 is having:

Women also seem to be affected.They seem to be acting differently.
I am at not that interested in women phase at the moment.They seem
to be at an opposite phase.

Last Friday at a dance class,one pretty woman placed her self next to me
and than another super cute one asks if I am here with someone.I said
no and she said good.Today I went dancing and a seriously gorgeous blond
I hardly know comes in,I said an uninterested hi,looked away and she came over and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

It also seems that while dancing salsa and bachata some women begin
to rub their ass on my d***,I'm not doing anything consciously different.
Sometimes also use their breasts on me.

Also another direct result of AM which shone through in feedback from my manager 'You provide valuable insight whilst being calm and collected at all times.' goes to show the power of AM to allow a man to deal with issues in a rational manner without getting to emotional and childlike or allowing fear to take over.
