Well, after the days of active listening, which started out like a storm, the days off have been pretty quiet. But these off days are probably just as important as the active listening days. I'm wondering, @Shannon  or someone who knows, is there an aura production when I'm resting (off-days) as well as when I'm listening? I feel more tired compared to active days, but I'm not sure if it's related to the program.

Also, I should start a journal instead of writing here.

With X4A-1600, you're going to notice a pattern that shifts over time.

At first, while you're actively listening, the program will be projecting and you're likely to feel it and see results of some sort.

If you're working through fears to achieve that execution, the days off, at least in the beginning, may be very quiet.  That will be a sign that the program is busy working on those fears, and if you're not projecting or experiencing anything external during those days, it means that the entire focus is on that during your days off.

Once you work through those, you'll be executing the projection script during your days off as well.

The tiredness during your days off is going to be the parts of you that are being worked on trying to fight what's being adjusted.  It takes a lot of energy to overcome that response sometimes.

I have a question will X4A-1600 work through discomfort and insecurities concerning sex and being attractive.

I am experiencing the effects of X4A very much now but also don't really feel the need for sex or a relationship anymore.

Which before was very present now id rather work on myself, my education, my wealth and character/emotional development.
I feel very drawn to switch for any sub in that direction like OGSF v3 or Maximum Learning for a full run through.

Would you still recommend sticking to X4A-1600 for the full 2 months?

I now experience that women at my workplace are drawn to me/ blushing talking to me for longer being fidgety/nervous around me but i don't really want something happening as it would make things highly akward.

Also during class at my education women i find attractive react quite positively to me showing ioi's.

I am going out tomorrow lets see what happens there as well.

But as i said i kinda wanna say fuck all that and focus on myself, so the real question is would you say continuing to run X4A-1600 will help my self development or would it be better to switch subs @Shannon .

As too me it seems i ran/run X4A to fill a hole in my emotional landscape that needs another filling than sex, rather a release of fear shame and guilt and a buildup of self esteem and confidence so i can be myself unapologetically, no matter what i face.
