Jake, I think you should give USLM3 with FRM V3 a shot. After getting doing 90 days of UMOP.

Hey bro. Thanks. The thing is soon UMOP2 with FRM3 will be released and immediately next after USLM3.

So it's better I do UMOP2 as soon as it's out.

After the 90days if I get results I'll stay on.

If I don't the question will be which sub to then do. 3.3 or USLM3 or LTU2?

I am sure we will get UMOP3 as an update. I just wanted you to enjoy the USLM3.. After all the FRM is what we have been waiting for to kill the fear. Root of all problems.

Thats true but FRM will be in UMOP now too which is great.

Shannon's latest update shows that FRM 3 has been upgraded to 3.2. - awesome!!!

Day 44 - Tues 6 Nov - (Day 1 of break).
Cycle 5 completed - (3rd out of 5 cycles with me using 5 loops).

So today was first day of my break, which means cycle 5 has been completed and I will be starting cycle 6 next. For anyone new, a cycle is 7 days listening with 2 days break.

Today was my major test and I passed it!!!

I spent many hours procrastinating and very little studying as you know and then there was so much time in the morning spent panicking and trying to learn new material which was fruitless - I will eventually need MLS for sure 1 day.

Anyway the exam was passed because I think I got lucky both with the questions and then with the professor that marked my paper and asked me some questions - because he asked me nothing and passed me.

So it was LUCK without the USLM sub.

Anyway I am exhausted, ive eaten breakfast now and still have dessert at 8pm current time and then back to uni for 8am tomorrow.

When I did get home I was motivated and energised to study for the new course starting tomorrow but alas I havent and now im exhausted to start. The motivation or rather some inner desire was there which is good, especially and probably due to the fact that I passed the exam but ive been unable to ride this wave today. I hope I can soon.

On other news, im excited about the updates for USLM2 as shannon so far has managed to tweak FRM from version 2 to 3.2 which does sound pretty epic.

I hope that this works wonders for all and thus there are further improvements for UMOP2 and other subs.

I also have been thinking to either continue this journal or to close and then start a new one for UMOP2, for when it is released. - what do you guys think?

Day 46 - Thurs 8 Nov - (Day 1 6th Cycle).

Due to my big test on Tuesday I was only getting 5-6hrs sleep a day and it showed under my eyes.

I however was not sleeping early still, the drive or need or energy to want to sleep early just wasnt there.

I missed todays loop however and then went to uni and realised I was NOW finally exhausted.

I came home, ate, and then slept for 4hours.

Woke at 11.30pm approx and its now 2.30am, and ive ate and just relaxed and felt very lazy, bored and unmotivated as per usual.

I havent fapped and I have had an urge since cramming for the test to find and just call an escort - I feel it could be more of a self sabotage than an urge towards fulfilling any arousal since im not watching porn and ive lost sex drive!!

Anyway lastnight I went to a strip club with my friend. he wanted to hang with me since im flying back to the uk for a short 12days break on saturday.

I got 1 dance, but the way the dancer was pushing me to spend more on getting her a drink as well as other stuff put me off. we left eventually to go to another strip club where the girls were more aggressive in trying to get you to spend money with and on them and I was totally bored.

I had no sex drive and nothing.

I dont know whats wrong with me.

I came home and slept for 5hrs or 6 and then woke and thus today was exhausted.

Anyway thats my journal so far.

I have a desire to call an escort tomorrow, 1 I have planned to call all week but will I, who knows since im just not driven to waste money or have any arousal.

I fly on saturday so tomorrow will be spent packing my bags and tidying my apartment, throwing perishables and garbage away etc.

I feel UMOP2 is or will be released tomorrow.

Therefore this may be my last entry into this journal and perhaps the last of the 5 loops - since I will find out the new listening protocol once UMOP2 is released.

I do feel its a shame that so far I have again failed to execute and just hope that FRM3 in UMOP2 will help me out further.

UMOP2 will be available probably by tomorrow (MY TIME) which means ill have to upload to my phone when I can in the UK.

On my phone so quick update & reminder for myself:

Started UMOP2 on Saturday 10th November - day 1. (48th Day of UMOP overall)
Today Sunday 11 Nov was day 2.

4days on. 1 day off.

Break of 1 day will be Wednesday 14 (Tuesday night Jake).

Back in UK.

No change or effects noticed yet.
