5 Inch height gain

I remember seeing a member post something about using a program to increase their height. The website was 5 inch height gain (I think). Can't seem to find the member or post...I was intrigued to know how it was going.

I doubt I can increase my height but am interested in things that will help my posture or potentially make me temporarily taller (I'm about 5'11).
