Hey Shannon, I recently purchased a Pavlok, a bracelet that you use to give yourself a mild shock to curb your negative habits or build new, positive ones.

I'm assuming it's not to be used with any subliminals, wanted to confirm.

I'm currently not using it while playing DMSI, but use it after 2-3 hours from my last loop of DMSI.

Shannon, I read an older thread where you said that there's a specific kind of resistance towards subs where the user gets headaches.

I've only listened for 1 loop of E2 today (but yesterday I listened 10 hrs). Hours later after the loop, I get a headache and the headache has been persisting for 3 hours. I've been having this kind of resistance periodically since I first started E2. The only difference is I was using much higher hours when I started and now my hours are much lower, but I still even now get the headaches. What should I do? Should I just keep my hours very low (2-4) for the rest of my E2 run?

Does this headache dissipate if you do not run it for a day or two?

I'm working on it still. We have added a handful of new variables, and perhaps this will give me some of what I need to puzzle it out.

You want to know what is happening from DMSI, not confusing what might have been something else. Remember, don't use these subs with any other form of mind programming. That is a form of mind programming.

Yes. In the past, I've ignored it and kept listening. It's always gone after I get to sleep and wake up the next day, maybe sooner.

I didn't let it get in the way of my hours back then. It's just that yesterday, the headache with the depression like symptoms were fierce. And then I didn't get the best sleep last night and had a dream of killing a horde of vampires. I still don't feel emotionally refreshed like I usually do after sleep.

I notice when i do get hewdache on the sub i tend to get the best results

Hey Shannon,

I went ahead and grabbed the FLAC of DMSI. Listening to it right now I'm noticing some slight volume changes as the track plays, like the volume will go down just a bit, then come back up.

Is this part of the track? Or is my phone messing up?

Current best for general healing: E2
Current best for healing concerning sex and relationships: DMSI 2.4

E3 will be in 6G.

Does this mean 2.4 heals to the point of the user being ready for both sex and relationships? Like would it address feelings of loneliness and self validation/inner happiness?

I think I could use the healing in DMSI since it has better tech for overcoming resistance.

So I just had a dream that, if I post it in my journal, will violate rule 4. I'm wondering: would it be acceptable to post the dream in the religion thread but then link (via the arrow in a quoted message) the post in my journal? Or is that working around the rules too much?

I'm not talking about quoting the whole post, just the intro so people know it's about the dream and if they click the arrow in the quoted text, it will take them to the religion thread where they can read the full post.

Hey Shannon completely off topic to DMSI, I know you mentioned eventually you'll get to the subliminals on artistic related stuff. I notice in myself and a lot of other artists that there are quite a few limiting beliefs surround art that it isn't easy and you have to suffer for it otherwise it's not good enough. Or that truly great art is reserved for "gifted" individuals. Or that it's not an achievable goal in life and you have to be more realistic. Compared to something like being an engineer or doctor or something. I'd be interested to know if a general sub could be created for removing a lot of the negative beliefs attached to being a successful artist as I feel a lot of what holds most artists back are these limiting beliefs that are perpetuated on what an artist is or how they should be.

I'm curious regarding the status of the ASC 6.0.

Have you made any simulations on when it could be built? I'm running E2 for a minimum of 6 months more so I am mostly curious.
