I feel this all encompassing bliss, akin to a love for everything. it's a state of empathic love, similar to that which a super low dose of MDMA would provide, except this is a pure and natural feeling. Seeing the post in RTBoss' journal about how he felt about his wife, struck me as fully AWE inspiring. i feel a stronger connection to emotions, both my own and emotions in general. it's like there is this switch inside me that turns empathy on or off, and E2 turn it from off to on / zero to 100.
I am seeing beauty in living, and i'm not worrying obsessively about things; self talk is changing.

i can't wrap my head around it just yet, so i just wrote what i felt. and for once, i don't feel the need to over analyze what's going on, and am content with just letting it be

Do you ever wake up from the trickling stream? I was thinking about trying it your way. So far I've been doing the opposite, trickling during the day and ultra at night. But it would be nice to have the trickling on at night since I use sleepphones. Then I'd know that the speakers are always on my ears.

hey bud, to answer your question.... i wake up in the middle of the night, but i doubt it's related to the trickling stream. i have a table top fan that blows almost louder than the trickling stream, but i read somewhere that as long as i can hear the quietest parts of the trickling stream, my subconscious can hear the subliminal. so in a sense, the fan is louder than the subs, but i don't wake up due to the fan or the sub.

i'm so freaking sensitive, it's ridiculous. i got so emotionally hurt when a colleague asserted himself at the club house we work at, when i got the keys to the AC and changed the temperature (i was not on duty at the time) and he said that if he's working i need to tell him that i'm changing the AC. i don't know why it hurt so bad, it's so freaking petty! and it was all i could think about for like 10 minutes. my forehead got hot and i almost broke a sweat. i feel like a little bitch lol...

it's not like me to be getting so easily offended. E2 is heightening my sensitivity... not entirely sure why.
