Hi,
Not alot of info on SR 5g.
DNWS's effect are in the moment and for long term..
But i wanted to ask you guys, if it is same for SR?
and isn't SR more like a broader version of DNWS?

Shannon replied in a post , 4 to 8 hour for 32 day, 1 hour after that for maintenance.
I plan to use SR , till i get into new job. then shift to different sub.

I used SR for a while long time ago..and it did help me. The more runs you do the better.

I read ur posts. We have something’s in common. I am from India too.
I had a lot of social anxiety. But I overcame those using personality development.
It took me years to get my breakthroughs. i am sure subs will help me from inside out, which is going to faster.
