Yesterday, I only had 4 hours for listening BASE 2.1. Should I have to add 1 more day?
Or add the left times that I lost in the next day?

I remember something like covering that next day. Like u of u r supposed to listen for 8 hours but u only listen for 4 hours then u add extra one hour for next 4 days.. Which will be 9 hours for next 4 days..

9 hours for the next six days if you add an hour (missing hours + 50%). Or adding an extra day with 6 hours would work, too. But I would prefer to cover this within your 32 days.
