I watched Ready Player One on Tues, and then kindled the book and am about halfway through right now. Very good, but book and movies are completely different experiences.!

I just started using MHS 5.5g and I want to know is it safe/okay to use with other people present? I am having my girlfriend stay over the weekend and is it okay to expose her since I primarily use it when I sleep or will I be better to just take a few days off when she's staying over?

Currently recovering from a surgical procedure, so I will be using it for the next few weeks as the incision heals.

MHS does use some form of energy flooding to help heal, but it's not the same extent as DMSI. Shannon will have to answer that one.

Started to notice, coincidentally (maybe?), that since starting 3.2, junk foods and foods that aren't good for you are really upsetting my stomach, and is pushing me to eat a lot healthier. My diet has never been that great, and it wasn't until starting this version where I really feel the shift to want to eat healthier, and my desire to drink alcohol isn't really there.

I have been using version A (DMSI) now for little more than a week, yesterday was my day off. I have noticed that I have trouble going to sleep, so I bought your Sleep Aid program, without any success I have tried using it now for 3 nights. Running 3 loops, starting with Masked and ending with 2 Ultrasonics, at best it makes me yawn and TRY to relax while in bed.
But it's like I can't shut off my mind and I almost feel hyper-active running from one thought to the next.
I'm gonna assume there's nothing in "The Wall" or DMSI in general to prevent insomnia?

DMSI must be scaring my subC so much that it doesn't allow me to go to sleep in resistance to either H/C or something like the SATT module, and in general to just throw me off.

So my question would be how to best handle this? By staying up longer until I can't handle it anymore and go to sleep? Or how would I effectively be able to communicate to my subC that there's nothing to be afraid of and I want to go to sleep?

Other than this insomniac response in resistance, the product is working great in my opinion.

DMSI 3.2 A, first night off tonight.

So this last week and more so the last few days, I've been quite mad in finding ways I can get to where I want to get to. I now know to get to where I want to get to I have to grow ALOT, as I have been in my comfort zone for many years.

Getting to where I want to get to (my ideal kinda life) involves lots of pieces, where each piece looks like it is not related to my "end goal". So instead of my destination being simple and going from A straight to Z, its like going from A to Triangle, Triangle to B, B to Cross, Cross to C...etc You get the picture.

Anyway, I have decided I am going to get out of my comfort zone, go to a Foreign land for at least 1 year and work. I really feel like this will enable me to experience a lot of growth.

I have got shoulder surgery in May, other than that... I am going to be fking off in July time. This is all I am saying for now.

What do you think H&C? OE?

Yeah I had trouble going to sleep as well last night on 3.2. My mind was hyper active and it only subsided at the end of the track.

I honestly just took it in my stride. I'll probably transition listening to an hour before bed when I like to read my favourite books.

Shannon, I have very strong desire to run 3.1 to get the LRS back. This girl, E, is making me crazy. She was perfect in every possible way. Should I go back on 3.1 to see if I get any response from her?

If she was in close proximity to you and she went weird and hasn’t contacted you. How would long range sniper impact improve your position?

If a woman likes you she WILL stick to you no matter what. If not, she’ll look for ANY excuse to leave.
