It removes fear around US/LM3 program goals "only".

So if your goal was to "conquer all fear..." Superman

If this is a question as I have read it to be then it's similar to mine which was answered succinctly by Shannon and alot of answers are here in the thread already.

Eventually once FRM has been finalised it will most likely be put into subs such as OF which will work on ALL fears. Fears subconscious and those consciously aware to us eg: fear of heights etc.

So I skimmed across some post where like shannon talks about you can "choose" what your goals are or something from the USLM thing by telling your mind what you want out of it? Can I choose that goal to become the best sexual lover i can possibly be?

Also, can you sometime extrapolate the sexual performance module from DMSI and make a standalone sexual performance sub? And/or create a super sex god sub based off the sexual performance modules? I would love that..... lol

Fat burners affect uslm in any way?

Why wouldn't you be able to set this as your goal for USLMax? I don't see any reason why you couldn't.

Why ask permission first?

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - dissonance - 11-07-2018

How does this "goal choosing" process work? how do you do it?

You can choose any goal you like. That's one of the beautiful things about this program.

Yes, that is likely to happen.

Quote:And/or create a super sex god sub based off the sexual performance modules? I would love that..... lol

We'll have to see what is possible.

Fat burners doing what? Increasing metabolic rate?

I don't know. As long as they don't affect your state it won't affect the state shifting, but USLM3 is pretty good on burning energy, so be careful.

1. Pick what you want to be successful with. A maximum of three goals, and the fewer the better.
2. Write it/them down.
3. Keep that/those goal(s) in mind when you make decisions during your day.

Bonus tip: Make a vision board and put it where you will see it at least once a day.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Oversoul - 11-07-2018

@Shannon Can goals be written in present terms like you already have them or as actual goals? Or maybe any/both?

Thanks

Does this apply to UMOP too?

You guys are over thinking this.

You want to pick goals. Be as specific as necessary for you to be fully happy with them. For example:

"My first goal is to have sex with my hot single female neighbor at least 256 times this year."

This is just an example, not my actual goal.

You better get started seeing that there's a bit less than 2 months left of the year to do it 256 times! Wink

It's all a matter of motivation. And overcoming procrastination. Wink
