I think you should take at least 21 days off so as to avoid turbulence since DSMI 3.2 will still be running in your mind.

i know, but i have something i need to learn that will require my max potential, and i need to start hitting it atleast next week, but i wanted to get shannon or someone to tell me if it would do more bad than good

You could give it a shot but just bear what I said earlier in mind.

Tholt, you can't tell someone to give it a shot while you know it's wrong. Especially to new members.

No, one day break is not enough at all. In fact Shannon extended the period to 35 days due to P6.

DMSI 3.2 and MLS are very strong programs. Please take a longer break. Plus you can indeed experience MLS effects before running it due to P6

What Samba said. 35 days break before jumping to MLS from DMSI 3.2, otherwise you are going to experience turbulence where you will be shaken AND stirrred, as two extremely powerful subliminals are in conflict to some degree or another, which may result for even less (MLS related)potential than without MLS for the period of turbulence.

Looks like DMSI did alot for ya. Good to know u found a place like this. You indeed have grown alot.. I remember when people thought u were only posting troll questions.. I know that wasn't ur intention but it's good to see that u r been taken seriously. U have grown so much...

You have been on DMSI since 3.1 right.?

Zane I did over2 months on DMSI 3.2 prior to that i did
1 month on 3.1 and before that ran the AMS refresher.

I really do feel like i have grow both inside and out. The next phase is to run SM since I purchased it it would be a waste not too give it a full run.

Either that or UM/OP. Both would be solid programs

Plus i feel SM will change you into a sexy masculine from the ground up.

Thor, I think if you run SM3 after DMSI you will be disappointed by far less intensity and clearing. I ran SM3 refresher with 3(!) subliminal programs from other vendor at the same time with NO tiredness at all. But even then I felt that DMSI do more than that, instruction-violating usage format.

Maybe you stick with DMSI but use 1:1 ASRB as MLS? As I already said DMSI is overwhelming subC, I’m now 100% sure.

Dmitry I concur that DMSI is way more powerful then SM. However since I purchased the product it would be waste not to use it. So I am going to give it a full run.

You said you ran it with subs from other vendors. Did this not impact the effects of SM3 ?

Anyone used testostorone boosters while running DMSI? DMSI is gearing me towards looking into nutrition that supports higher testostorone levels

I would stick to natural methods. I have heard that Tongkat Ali can have the same effect than synthetic TRT. That is your natural T production can become dependent on taking outside substances.

Personally, I do a lot of juicing. It is fastest way that I have found to eat all the fruits and vegetable required to support the nutrient needs to produce T.

Just google 'juicing for testosterone' to see what come up.

Beside that, I have just started to use a small device called Blakoe ring (Blakoe is the doctor's name who invented the device). It fights impotence, increase testosterone and sperm production. It has helped a lot of men. The principle is that you place 2 type of metals on the skin. The metals are Zinc and Copper. With the contact of the skin humidity, it generates a very small electric current and this stimulates the testicles. Because of that stimulation, a nice side effect is that your testicles may increase in size!

Ok, I have been wearing the device during night for about a week and I kid you not, I feel that my nuts size have increased...

Again to respect the forum rules, I won't place a link but just google something like: power loop recovery galvanic band.

I bouht mine for less than $20...

I use a product called M Stack which can be taken daily. M stack can return your test levels to your "base line". That base line will depend on your age. I use this in tandem with going to the gym.

I am very wary of anything that has been labelled as natural test booster however M stack works for me. If your really concerned with test levels get a blood test done at a clinic and see how the results compare with your age group.
