Greetings everyone! I have been here for a long time and then journeyed on to other subliminals. But I am back again starting with ASC. I do have a quick question. I am at a job where I cannot wear head phones, and I cannot listen to speakers as well at my job. But I can wear a Bluetooth ear piece in one ear. So my question is this - is it possible to get the same effects of the sub by wearing one ear piece as opposed to regular stereo headphones? Much thanks.

Hey man,
Welcome back. If you just use one headphone it will definately reduce effectiveness, it's better than nothing but the subliminals are designed for stereo input.
