How many loops do you do for DMSI 3.1a/b? - dissonance - 11-20-2017
I just moved up to 7 loops for a few days with positive results. No bad resistance. I feel myself shifting on the inside even more.
I'm doing 12 loops starting today just to see how it goes.
If you've done different amount of loops consistently during different periods, you can choose two or more. I selected the "allow multiple votes" option.
Oops actually I didn't. Can a moderator add that option after the fact?
