Here, http://subliminal-shop.com/free-instant-downloads/ this is written: "...or at the bottom of each product description a direct download link is given.". It looks like the download links are not available anymore. Can someone indicate how to download those free products (if they are still for free)?

do you have to listen to these Audios with Earphones for it to effect you? or can you listen it in any way?

You can use speakers, headphones are just something you can use through the day to make it more effective. I listen on speakers for about 9 hours at night and 80 minutes on headphones during the day which is one listenthrough of the Alpha stage i'm on.
It would be a good idea to use the speaker test in free instant downloads to test if your speakers are okay.

Headphones are preferred, because they increase the effectiveness of the subliminals. From what I understand, headphones ensure that the messages are clearly delivered to each ear, and therefore each hemisphere of your brain. This ensures a synergy between the hemispheres that is about 20% more effective than speakers alone.
Speakers work well. They work better if set up according to the instructions. Headphones work even better.
I've used the subliminals over headphones; with a stereo in my room; on my car stereo; and with a laptop set up on the table next to where I was working or sleeping. They all work to varying degrees, and these degrees range from very well to excellent.
The short version is: yes.

Please read the instructions, and the FAQ section here concerning the use of subliminal. Headphones are not recommended for use with ultrasonics.
