Time between subs.. - Amann - 08-29-2017 Hi Guys Had a quick question I'm finishing my second run of AM6 this Sunday and am looking to run DMSI afterwards. Prior to my AM6 run I did 8 months of EPHRA V2. Would a period of non sub use of one week be sufficient rest before starting DMSI? Kind regards Amann RE: Time between subs.. - Benjamin - 08-29-2017 Hi Amann, A week or two should be fine with E2. But for newer 5.5g programs like DMSI, MHS, MLS after finishing them 3 weeks is recommended because the P technology is still running in your head for that time. RE: Time between subs.. - RiseaKnight - 09-01-2017 I have been using DMSI for 4 months and want to try MLS 5.5. IS 3 weeks off enough? RE: Time between subs.. - Benjamin - 09-01-2017 3 weeks is good, it's the recommended time off a 5.5g program before switching. Hi Ben, how much time is recommended before switching between 5f subs? Currently using OED 5Gand have been for 3 months or more? Was considering doing OPE 5g next, but wondered if because they're based around the same subject area (the penis) I could go switch instantly with no negative results occuring? RE: Time between subs.. - Benjamin - 09-11-2017 4g and 5g a week or so is fine. You can switch without rest on 5g, but it's usually better to let it settle a bit. |
