I wonder if anyone here can tell me if I should listen to Stage 1 for a few more days or is this enough already? It seems I turned to be very negative thinker (mental garbage) these past few days. (Also, I've been throwing away lots of my physical and digital possessions since halfway through Stage 1, which might be the garbage removal thing.)

Gotta have at least 8 hours a day. Days with 0 hours don't count and means you have to add a day to the 32.

Personally, I would start Stage 1 completely over and try to do at least 12 hours a day, some with headphones.

You have to add 1.5 hours for every missed hours.
