Subs to help with ADD inattentive type? - Aventus45 - 03-26-2017 Title says it all RE: Subs to help with ADD inattentive type? - Shannon - 03-26-2017 The best thing I have right now for that is the Beta brainwave entrainment track in this set: http://www.subliminal-shop.com/product/core-states-of-awareness-exploration-kit/ I recommend you use it for 30 minutes twice a day to help train your brain back to a Beta dominant brainwave, which should help. It can be used with DMSI, but if you use it with DMSI there will be conflict because it is state shifting. If you use both, I don't know what will happen. RE: Subs to help with ADD inattentive type? - Shannon - 03-30-2017 Theoretically, as long as you are not anti-training the Beta as fast as you train it or faster, it should become a standard steady state while you are awake. The problem is... TV, games, movies, computers, cell phones, pads... all help entrain something else (usually Alpha or Theta, which correspond to light and deep sleep), which I believe is why we have ADD suddenly. So I recommend that if you use the Beta level BWE, use it 30 minutes in the morning after you awaken, and 30 minutes again around lunch. Then you should gain the benefits without messing with your sleep. Use it like that for a month, and assess what happens. But remember, using this with any sub using state shifting is a conflict. |
