Day 6 of running DMSI 3.01A mp3
1. I eat a lot more than usual
2. Lost around 1.5kg
3. No Euphoric sensations yet
4. Needed less sleep than usual, woke up at 5am this morning
5. Heat around groin area
6. Sensations on the knee
7. Female coworker started to talk about dildos and vibrators when I asked her what kind of presents I should give to a girl I like
8. Obvious stares from a lady while at gym. She did stretches while staring at me doing workout.

Day 11
I feel extremely thirsty and can't be quenched by water alone. It is as if a burning furnace is in my body. The more water I drink, the more I have to drink. Can't sleep at night as I crave more water. This was only quelled when I decided to PMO to release. Then I finally felt a bit better and could get some sleep. No other noticeable effects from DMSI so far.

Hmm that's a really unusual response that masturbating stopped the thirst. Sounds like an attempt to self sabotage by doing so, because all that does is drain your sexual energy.

Day 14
I'm having a change in perspectives regarding women and dating. I don't have to try so hard to win women over to have sex. Heck, if I need to, I'll just give up on it. The amount of time and money to chase after momentary pleasure doesn't justify it. I could be doing things that make me happy and contribute to the world, rather than just satisfying my own petty needs. I'll have to be completely comfortable alone.
