Staggered listening - Sal - 11-14-2016
I purchased AM6 a couple of weeks back. I'm listening to it staggerdly. For example I'll listen to it 1 or 2 hours at a time during the day. Then listen for 6-8 hours whilst sleeping. Does it matter so long as I'm getting 12 hours in?

The minimum listening time for AM6 is 8 hours per day (per 24 hour period) and the maximum is 21. If you are getting in 12 that is an ample amount of time, some would say ideal (ideal listening hours varies from person to person) just make sure you get at least 8.

That's fine, for AM6 it doesn't have to be continuous like DMSI does for example.
