Business as usual - BASE 2.1 - Cozy - 09-28-2016
So, I started running BASE on the 15th of September. I plan on using it until I get to where I want to be. I'm in a pretty shitty place right now in terms of people in my life (family/mostly women), so we'll see where this takes me.
Some background:
I'm 22 years old, come from an extremely feministic culture and thus family, have broken free from that and am now trying to create a new life for myself.
I ran BASE before from 02-2015 to 05-2015. During that time I started iOS app development, and started working on a major project which I think has a lot of potential. I stopped using BASE in the middle of stage 3 because it was creating conflicts with the women in my life. I think the programming was making me more aggressive and non-caring. idk. I was usually respected by women until that point. Then they pretty much turned on me. Lol.
Right now I feel like I've learned enough about the opposite sex to not really give a F and do what I want to do anyway. So here I am, not going to let any relationships get in the way.
So far, I've gotten more aggressive and more willing stand up for myself, even if it's like appalling (and I mean appalling) to them (my family). I'm starting to think differently about money (that it's just a add-on to your life and shouldn't define your identity), I'm in a better "flow" when talking to people, even if I don't feel like talking, and I have this weird uncomfortable ability to literally see before my eye's when and how a girl is trying to control me, it's actually very scary, to see how natural and dedicated they are to it. But I'm hoping this means eventually I'll be able to counter it.
So yeah, as you can see I have some issues with women, or maybe I just see them for what they are, whatever, from here on out, I'm doing me.
My hope for this journal is to document my progress, as maybe the perspective will be helpful to me in the future, to get advise and help others in any way I can.

Yea, I've heard about that. I haven't gotten around to upgrading because as I remember the changes were minor. But maybe I'll do it tonight.

Stage 1 Day 14
Yesterday had some resistance, toward the end of the day it dissapeared and I got that familiar in the zone mindset that I remember from my last BASE run. Resistance never really lasts that long for me, except for the last time I ran through stage 3 lol. But yea, I can only see things going up from here, having a lot of business related ideas and slight synchronicities occurring. Don't feel like the programming is fully integrated, can't wait until it is. Can only imagine where I'd be then.
Will try not to update unless I see something significant.

Regarding the upgrade to 2.1 you are right, that the script changes were minor. But a real advantage of 2.1 over 2.0 is the length reduction of 20 minutes, compressing the individual stages into 60 minutes. Makes a distinct impact in terms of repetition over time.

Stage 1 Day 16
I'm realizing that there's a price to aiming high in life. When you aim low in life and are satisfied with the minor things, you can protect yourself more and can easily defend yourself, but when you aim high because you prefer the better things you're vulnerable to criticism and attacks. I've always known this of course, but now it's becoming more clear. I just wonder how I'm supposed to deal with it, hopefully BASE makes that clear.
EDIT: Also, have an arrangement to get my own place on Nov. 1st, so I'll finally get some space to breathe. I've always been good at walking away from bitches, especially if they're basic bitches, don't know if that's healthy or not as it leaves unfinished business but I'm definitely planning on doing that with the women in my family. It's just too much to handle.

More women getting mad because they can't control me, blaming me cause they're stupid.
As a man you have 2 options:
1. Be what they want you to be.
2. Deal with their shit in trying to keep you in line and loyal to them. Hah.
