You probably don't want to listen to youtube subliminal because most of the time it's very poorly scripted.
Also one subliminal is recommended at a time, less is more.
You should try the free sub like Absolute self confidence for 30 days or Emotional pain relief.

So , i will not see the effects of these subliminal in 21 days even if i listen it regularly ? because i feel very happy and confidence after listening to these youtube subliminal and all those positive feedback in comment section makes my belief stronger.

And i listen to one subliminal at a time and then give a 30 min break and then get to another subliminal.

No one here is going to recommend a Youtube sublimiinal. This forum is for people listening to IML subliminals. Use one of the free 5G subliminals from the store, like Alpha360 recommended. You're wasting your time and energy listening to/watching to products that are quite inferior to those provided here.

If it works for you and you are 100% satisfied, then why stop? I know I wouldn't.
In general though, be wary of the audio quality of the subliminal on YouTube. Also, Shannon may ask you to take the links down since it's not a product IML offers.
