Speaking of rule 4...

Back when I was a kid, my parents were strict rule 4. They would take me to the rule 4, and I would rule 4 with them and others. In fact, the rule 4 of the rule 4, decided my brother was a good singer, so he was in the rule 4 choir. I had an early childhood ruled by rule 4. When I became about 12 or so, that wasn't the case anymore as I wasn't so rule 4 as I was previously more ardent rule 4 due to my family upbringing of being rule 4. Some of that early programming of rule 4 may have hindered some parts of my development, but I'm doing better since moving on from rule 4.

Not much to report that would be different from what I've posted before on the DMSI front. One notable event happened a few weeks ago on the subway. Three muslim women in their early twenties were sitting near me, one facing me. The only thing that gave away their religious affiliation was the headscarf. Everything else in their attire was what a typical North American women would wear. The one facing me was staring at me intensely, while the other two would periodically turned their head to look at me. The one staring at me, opened her legs and started to caress her inner thighs. This went on for about 5 min until they departed.

After experimenting with the number of loops, I've decided to go back to the number of prescribed loops. Have been running version B for over a month and will flip back to A until the next version come out.

At the gym had an overweight woman chatting me up, but I wasn't inerested. The four months being out of the house resulted in a substantial weight gain. I need to lose approximately 15 to 20 pounds of fat to get a six pack. To get there, I'm at a 500 calorie daily deficit, ramped up my workouts, cut off carbs and increased my protein intake. A week into the new routine, I've lost a little over 3 pounds. It's not showing up yet on my gut, so hopefully I'm not loosing too much muscle mass. I will post before and after pics if i manage to pull this off.

Been running version A for the last week and the results have been definitely better than those on the previous month while on version B. At work, the second in command is flirting with me again. We were walking together to a meeting and I asked her if she remembered which meeting room we were holding the meeting in. She responded, "I will tell you if you promise to treat me right", with a wink in her eye. The next day, I asked her about her availability to discuss work related stuff and she tells me "I'm booked solid till the end of March, but for you I'll make an exception". I gave her the option of holding the discussion in April and she responded "No need to, just let me know when you want to meet". Last Thursday, I saw, R leaving work at a later time than usual. I commented on it as I walked by her. I turned around to look at her and she had a completely smitten look on her face. She was smiling sheepishly, looking down and twirling her hair. She could barely string two words together as she was stuttering. Internally, I feel confident and like a boss. Something is executing as I'm feeling the morphine drip. I hope that the morphine drip stays in the next versions.

Had at least 3 incidents of women dropping stuff on the floor as I walked by. There hasn't been a day that I haven't caught a woman starring at me. Most, however break eye contact when caught. I'm really horny these days and all can I can think about is seducing women. The weight loss is progressing nicely, I've weight myself yesterday and I'm dropped another 2 pounds. While previously, the fat on my belly was hard, it is now jiggly and my belly seem to be sticking out farther than before. I believe this to be temporary and will resolve itself as the remainder of the fat is burnt off. Hopefully, the skin will retract as well and won't end up with loose skin. That would be my worst nightmare.

Downloaded the beast last night and ran a loop this morning. First impressions is this version has a different feel when played. Did not notice anything for the first 30 min, but felt the energy slowly ramping up in a very subtle fashion. My whole body is now vibrating. Heading out. Will update later.

First, some non DMSI related updates.  My fat loss journey has hit a snag.  After quickly loosing 10 pounds the first two weeks, I've managed to just lose 1 pound in the last few weeks despite all the efforts (gym, cutting carbs, etc) that were invested towards that goal. In my estimate, I still have another 10 to lose, but it stubbornly refuses to go. Had four lottery tickets from last week draw and three of them were winners. Not major prizes but it helps in considering that I've been financially bleeding due to our disaster last summer.

Now, some observations related to DMSI. One thing that I've noticed is that the state shifting lasted throughout the whole day. While in previous versions, it would have its ebbs and flows through the day. Externally, not much to report apart I'm getting more respect than usual from my peers and strangers. Oh. On two different occassions, I had women purposely backed into my path and blocking it. Once at the gym and once at the grocery store. But they did not engage me, although I had to ask once if I could go through.

Weight loss can snag as it isn't linear. If it doesn't drop in a few days, and if your carbs have been low for more than 4 or so days, do a carb reload to balance out hormones and then back to less carbs and it should let you lose you them.

You may already know this, but just wanted to share in case you didnt.

Thanks Nox. I usually do intermittent fasting on the weekend by skipping breakfast. I will try your suggestion and see if this helps. Cheers.

Slept 10 hours last night, which is unusual for me. Day 3 of running this sub and I am finding that its getting physically taxing. Constantly feeling tired and yawning throughout the day.

Thanks catman. Love the Brett Hart reference. Unfortunately not much is happening. Getting a few stares and starting to wonder if its curiosity rather than attraction. To be fair, this is the fourth day and I will run this version for the full month at the prescribed number of loops before reaching any defenite conclusions. Still tired as hell.
