trying to achieve this might be a good idea to free the mind from the chatter and hustle and bustle of daily life and switch off the mind at will

a sub for this might be a good idea - whether during the sub or after listening to it by will of thought - perhaps by an external cue - like counting up to 5 - might be a good idea
