Thanks for the resource!

I don't know if you ran the math for me, but I ran the Casey Calculator for natural bodybuilding. I determined that my target bodyweight at 8% bf is between 5 - 7 lbs under aggressive and 7 - 10 lbs under aggressive at 9% bf, i.e. it is readily achievable without the need for steroids. I can live with that!

Thanks again for the resource!

I find that people saying this were clearly taught the wrong lesson (likely from a teacher who misinterpreted it and/or was also taught the wrong lesson early on) from the fable of the tortoise and the hare. The actual lesson was "finish what you start and don't be lazy about it."</pedantic> Just needed to get that off my chest Confused

Other than that, AJK, I support your recommendations to Voytek about being clear about motivations and such.

I agree and that's why I said it. Also, it tells one not to get side-tracked by distractions.

Thanks for all your support!

Ah that's good. I'm guessing you have big wrists and ankles? Because based on the other calculator that doesn't take that into account you'd only be at 66 at 5% body fat.

Ankles... and a wide shoulder-girdle for my height. At the end of the day, I really don't know if I'll even hit my target or if I'll want to do all the eating to do it, but if I'm going to aim, I might as well aim big. If I hit between 162 to 165 lbs at 7-9%bf or 166 to 169 at 10-12% bf, I don't think that would be something to sneeze at either. As I'm already, 160 lbs at about 12%, I anticipate that I have about a year to a year and half of training to go either way.

Thanks for the resource again, I found Casey Butts' website fill with good knowledge.

Cheers!
