2015 LionMonkeys quick-read journal - LionMonkey - 03-20-2015
Hi all. I'm an old member of subliminal-talk and have made profound changes throughout my journey.
In this journal I will post shortly every now and then about the changes I notice in my life using subliminals...
Yesterday night I started using Alpha Male 5.0 - 4G - Stage 3 after having used the 2 previous stages longer than a month.
Today I noticed a calmness which exuded "nothing can go wrong, everything is ok". I was also very well slept, which is quite interesting since I was sitting late night, working on the content in my first product...
I looked at the world without judgement and I was very present...

A quick update..
My lifestyle is very active now and there are just so many other things that I have been thinking about and doing that I didn't come back here with an update sooner...
As a result I've been listening to AM Stage 4 for around 2 months (6+ hours at night). Tonight I change to AM Stage 5.
Lots of good things are on my vision. Got a fine job, I'm in good shape, my relationship with my girl is great.
It always makes me reflect hard, when I realize something I just did was extremely "wise". That I'm still growing.. that there's another level.. every time!
Doing something wise to me means, when you put all your assumptions/presumptions away when you deal with a situation where it's very easy to let these demons control you.
I think a leader in his/hers truest form is when a wise action is taken...
