Just a quick question but instructions for type B subs require 3 months for long term benefit. Can this 3 months be done like one month now and another month say in two months time and after that or does it have to be a concurrent 3 months (96 days) in a row? Thanks

It's important to do it 3 months in a row if you're going to do that for the best results.
