Muscle Growth - TangoDelta - 03-07-2014

So if subliminals can make boobs and a penis grow larger, is it possible to induce overall muscle growth without having to lift weights? I realize it's A LOT more mass, and could therefore take multiple years, but is it possible?

There is a program for bodybuilding http://www.subliminal-shop.com/product/extreme-bodybuilding/

But anything like this is to aid what you're already doing, don't think you can just sit there and get big. It's like the weight loss program, it's working great for me but that's because i'm also going to the gym regularly and have changed my eating.

No I understand that. But it's not like women are doing exercises to make their breasts grow. Or are they lol? And the IYPS doesn't require other exercises right? I just think that if that stuff works, (or the grow taller sub, or any sub that causes a physical change for that matter) why can't you grow your muscles like that? But then I also can't wrap my head around the fact that IF it could be done, how could it possibly be done without lifting weights?

I guess if you tell me it can't be done, what's the reason? There's other subs that increase bone length and whatever else.

And if you tell me it can be done, how does it work without lifting weights to tear down the muscle so it re-builds itself?

Muscle grow because there is a need. If the perceived need comes from the subs or from the cells, shouting for reinforcements, should not matter, in my opinion.

So you think it can be done?

RE: Muscle Growth - Shannon - 03-09-2014

It has been known that such can be done for decades now. They demonstrated that with experiments done in the 70's or 80's. Olympic athletes have been using it for a long time. Just spending time imagining you are doing a workout has an impact in the same direction, but it depends on a variety of factors just how much impact. I could create a subliminal that should be able to produce results without working out, but I don't know how much...

Shannon this I find extremely hard to believe. Building muscles without working out surely not. If this was the case then all these gyms would be loosing business.

It would probably be a slower progress and one still has to "mentally exercise". Don''t think the gyms should worry much. Tho the mental exercises could be done on a recovery-day.

On the other hand the "mental exercises" might have increased the muscle response, strength but not necessarily size. Hmmm...

I think the gyms hold their business, coz not many people can train regularly on their own without losing motivation after a few months.

RE: Muscle Growth - lokko - 06-04-2014

you're the laziest guy I've ever heard or the most curious guy. Lol you would do years worth of subs to grow muscle? instead of going to the gym for 3 months straight and having great gains that would've taken "years" with subs. If this was remotely possible, in "years" then I'd request a sub to make me fly, start developing wing like abilities in my body. lol I love this forum.
