Wow man that's awesome and annoying at the same time. I usually wouldn't try to have sex with friends sisters, but having a hot 19yo offer me sex like that would make it difficult.

shannon i am being afraid of loosing my best friend... i dont know how it is in america but here in germany we respect our friends sisters they are not like other girls for us... we protect them and care about them...we have a saying here " dont piss where you eat and sleep" which means dont fuck the girls and women from the house where you eat and sleep

however update: day 21.
at my work there is a gang of about 20 teenagers... they always make problems there today too so i went out and shouted at them and they immediately had respect and left the place without saying a word...it might have something to do with the auras
after i finished with my work the sister of my buddy came just by accident and in the train home we sat together and talked...she kept asking me questions about my past relationships about how i flirt and what kind of sex i like... it was very unusal for me because she was so offensive... but i was pretty cool and natural...she said thinks like..."you surely have no problem approaching any women you like" or "you are so attractive i dont understand why you dont have a girlfriend" or "you dont have to do anything women will surely come to you"
it was very interessting i noticed how strong she reacts if i look her deep in to the eyes when i talk to her...
i really cant wait to start with stage 4 i hope my fears and concernes about women and sex will decrease...

There's no difference between Germany and America. Here in the states we have a guy code (which I'm sure applies to other countries) and one of the rules is that you don't have sex with your friend's sister.
But this is an unusual case to say the least because she's actually come out and told her brother she's down to f#ck you. No, scratch that, she's told her brother she's down for YOU to f#ck HER without "consequences". Honestly man, I'd ask your friend straight up "hey man, is this cool with you? I don't want any problems between us because I'm having sex with your sister. " Gauge his response.
The only catch with no strings attached sex (and I'm just gonna be real here) is that one of the reasons they tend to end is because somebody starts catching feelings for the other person. If she starts catching feelings for you and then you break it off and she gets mad, it could be a problem between not just between her and you but between you and your friend (no matter what he said in the beginning).

I fully understand where you are coming from, AfzalG. What I am saying is, man up and make a solid decision, and then own it. If it goes against your morals, then 100% don't do it. But if she is down, and she told her brother to tell you she's down, and he told you, chances are good that he isn't going to have a problem with it. And if he does, you can only know that by asking.
I personally would have a problem with acting on it if one of my close friends' sisters said that to me. I wouldn't touch Andrew's sister with a ten foot pole, no matter what she said she was down for, for instance; not because she isn't attractive, but because we have the "Man Code", and the man code says that's out of bounds unless it's cool with her brother/your friend. Even then I wouldn't be comfortable with it unless it was within the context of a serious relationship.
You basically treat your friends as you want to be treated, and if it is not something you would be pleased with your friend doing, you don't do it to them.
I'm not saying that fucking her is or is not a good idea. I am saying... be decisive, and then solidly own your decision and subsequent actions.

i was out yesterday ....
the waitress (32) gave me kisses on the cheeks...and told me that she is single...it rained a bit and she made an joke like "you are wet although you are a man" and some of the guest there started to laugh and then she apoligized and said she didnt mean it in the perverted way lol...
20 mins after it a super hot 25 years old who was there with her man (i think 40 years old) approached me and wanted to talk about drugs lol, she probably thought i was a drug dealer or something like that dont know if it was my style or sm...
later on the other waitress wanted to share her fish sandwich with me ... she nearly put it in my mouth wanted to feed me and some shit like this... but i refused cause i am vegan... =)
later in the club i flirted with some girls... they told me i should undress myself cause it is too hot in there...
at the bus stop some girls asked me for cocain lol again they thought i am a drug dealer wtf ??? =D
at the next morning the father of my best friend asked me if i can organize an un licensed gun for him wtf again??
may it be that sm make me appear as a gangster or a criminal in other people eyes ... dont know...
i have 9 days left of stage 3 now... i have to say i didnt notice what exactly this stage is doing i often thought does this even work`?
but i felt a lot of emotional pain, jealousy and anger coming up... i have become much more aggressive which scares me... i shouted last night at my sister and broke some stuff...
i hope this will change with stage 4...
however i noticed that i make a deep eye contact with women when i talk to them it feels like we are looking each others in the soul
i have come to the conclusion that i hate porn and masturbating didnt jerk off and watch porn for more then 3 weeks now... a thing which was impossible before sm.. it seems like sm gives me the freedom to live my sexuality how i want...which is a pretty cool thing...
a negative thing i notice is that i feel bored all the time nothing excites me... feel soulless but this is ok i hope it will change with time...
any suggestions from you guys so far?

try tapping on the boredom (which is anxiety) and soulless feeling. "even though im bored..feel soulless.." try that for 5 or 10 minutes and see how it goes if you want.

Yo it's awesome reading your journal about SM 3, one of the more successful journals with the program at the moment. Sounds like you're putting off a vibe which are making people think you are an enigma and cool. They can still approach you but it really sounds like a rockstar experience. Looking forward to reading about more of your progress. You might want to try exercising when you feel that way.

I have noticed that a lot of times, when a woman is attracted in a certain way, she will automatically react with whatever she is used to experiencing from that association. So when these women approach asking for drugs, it is likely that they are used to being sexual while dealing with drug dealers, drug users, or in an altered state because of drugs. They sense from you the same arousal they get from these other guys, probably because they seem to be bad boys and disinhibited, and they run the program of "what I do when I feel this way".
The program, in other words, is causing others to see you through the lens of sexually desirable, and they then apply their "I'm used to sexually desirable people doing XYZ" filter to you.

thank you that explains alot... very interessting that means if a woman is used to get aroused from intellectuel men like writers,musicians or artist they will see this in me ... ? that sounds pretty cool to me... =D
i have noticed that my fear is decreasing on a daily base... i was out to buy some cigarettes... it was night and i live in a ghetto in front of the cigarette machine there were some local gag members 5-6 with pitbulls they looked me straight in to the eyes and i looked back... i wasnt afraid and they seemed to notice it so they didnt say or do anything and looked away...

yesterday in the bus a lot of beautiful girls sat near me... i saw a lot of the signals shannon talked about like turning there legs to me... and biting their bottom lips... a really hot girl 9,5 left the bus and walked against a bus stop while looking back to me lmao
