So I've been lurking on the forums intensively in the last couple pf days reading all the journals, and i have been shocked at the stories of change improvement which shannons subliminals have helped people achieve.
In short im pumped soooo...
Que 24hrs later i downloaded my first half of AM 5.0 and have set up my speakers with audacity as the loop program. I am really excited to start and see what kind of effects I'll see haha i almost WANT the resistance to begin.
I think i'll be writing a journal semi-regularly when I feel there has been a change significant enough and also use to keep track of my journey.
