Aos and irresistible charisma - Darkness - 04-12-2013
Hello im new here,im lou
I bought aos and irresistible charisma to use in conjuction. I dont notice aos but I can definitely feel the charisma silent sub. Im interested in how any of these affects the user. I also would like to know for how long do I use these subs on the daily. Ive made a playlist that that I play on repeat everynight for about 7 to 10 hrs while I sleep.

You will be good to go with MINIMUM 8 hours a night. Ryan has used AoS and I believe Wildflower has used Charisma sub. They could give you some insight on how those have affected them.

Also, the instructions say that it is better to listen to blocks of each subliminal. So AoS for several hours, then Charisma for several hours.
