OGSF 6g - London1 - 05-04-2025

Im just about to finish up one month on OGSF (4 "cycles") and I'm noticing nothing in terms of guilt, shame and fear reduction. Im not really getting any clear, concrete sign at all.
I've been listening exactly according to the instructions. 5 days on 3 days off, 10 minutes, 2/15 volume on my android phone.
I seem to be a very special case person, not sure exactly what my problem is.

Could be preventing me from Overcoming guilt shame and fear?
Maybe guilt shame and fear are just built in to me no matter what I do? These are the thoughts I'm having.

Did you try facing situations that you fear? Perhaps that would give you the answer you seek.

I've now been on this for a couple days short of 2 months and I'm not noticing any change within me.

And what about emotional upheaval? Intense emotions and such, which is generally a sign of things being worked through.

In addition to what Benjamin asked, have you tried switching to the other volume option? For android I believe it’s 6 clicks out of 15.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of response. What I suggest is that you switch to Hybrid format, and keep everything else the same.
I should be coming back to the forum more regularly now. The parts of me trying to resist my own testing have been trying to get me to hide from the forum, and it's become so normalized that now I have to remind myself for a bit to show up and do that. Not excuses, just explaining what's going on on my end.
Also feel free to interact with the thread responding with my journal more if you need to.
