OPH v2 - For a Sound Body - ReconGunner - 11-01-2024

Thanks to an unexpected windfall, I was able to purchase Optimum Physical Healing v2. I hold to the ancient wisdom "sound mind, sound body", so I am very interested in clearing up all physical ailments. And I have a few. Smile
I've set up my script to run three loops per day and confirmed the timing. No gaps between loops this time. Since one cycle is 7 days on and 5 days off, I plan to journal after the last day on and after the last day off. If anything significant comes up in between, I may go ahead and record it here as well.
I've already been having some anxiety about this, even before I bought it. Some of that may be anticipation, but some of it may indicate that there will be subconscious resistance. Because there will probably be subconscious resistance, likely of the "why should I be relieved of these issues" and "do I deserve to be healthier" kind. From the product page, I do not think I have any self-inflicted conditions, so that is not likely to be an issue.
Here goes... everything.

Cycle 1 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Seven days on complete. One word: smooth

Vivid dreams started the first night. I haven't remembered details, just the overall tone. And that tone has been consistently positive, especially when the dream somehow seemed to be connected to the fact that I consciously know that the loops are running. Had some familiar head pressure midway through the days on, in the evening before the loops started. And even had some "flashbacks" to past events that would previously have caused discomfort, that simply didn't.

Nothing major in terms of physical healing. Some lesser aches have diminished. But physical energy is definitely impacted. There's been a bit more physical fatigue.

Let's see how the five days' rest goes.

Cycle 1 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

Mixed report. Occasional head pressure. The lesser aches have concentrated into smaller areas and slightly intensified.

Still feels smooth overall. Better energy during the rest days.

One cycle complete.

Cycle 2 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Definitely feel the energy difference between days on and days off.

Feeling an urge around my weekly workout routine. Either to cut back from three days a week to two, or to take a break completely for no longer than a month. Not sure.

Otherwise, nothing of note. Not unexpected, as physical healing will take time.

Cycle 2 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

After consultations with Shannon and with my strength coach, I will be taking a break from upper body workouts for at least a week. My shoulders have been bothering me for several months, so dropping the physical stress should allow my OPH-directed subconscious to better heal the issue. Given the symptoms, it's most likely soft tissue, so easier healing.

Otherwise, random dreams of no identifiable significance. Onward into Cycle 3.

Cycle 3 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Also first month complete.

The adjustments to my workouts have been beneficial. Continuing those into this week. Shoulders still sore, but only when I stretch - for example, to try to scratch my back.

Had a fever Sunday morning, starting in the middle of the night. By 3 PM or so it had passed.

Had an odd set of dreams one night. I dreamed there was a nuclear attack in my area. The rest of the dreams, off and on in the same night, dealt with survival in the aftermath. That's not a conscious worry of mine, even with events in the news. Not sure if or how that would connect with physical healing, either, except that being healed would help with preparedness for any circumstance. Strange.

Month 2 begins.

Cycle 3 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

A day late on this journal. Life. Whaddayagonnado?

Moderate and persistent headaches on Wednesday. Fatigue.

Pain in my shoulders has all but faded. The only thing left is some flexibility issues - whenever I have to reach behind my back, e.g. to tuck in my shirt or scratch my back, the shoulders hurt.

Also, Day 1 of Cycle 4

In the middle of the loops, I woke up with a mild acid event. Took my phone with me to the bathroom for OTC meds, then back to bed.

Mild but definite headaches on and off during the day. Not just the usual location at the temples and around, but also at the top of my head.

RE: OPH v2 - For a Sound Body - ReconGunner - 12-14-2024

Cycle 4 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Intermittent mild headaches. Fatigue. No observed physical or medical improvements. No significant dreams.

Still early in the run; less than a third of the way through. And as I have observed in previous journals, there's a reason why a given run is recommended for a specific length. Often, it's to address initial resistance to something new, which I believe is the case here.

Edit to add: my libido is lessened compared to before; performance is unhampered. Obvious cause would be the ongoing fatigue.

Cycle 4 - End
ASRB2: 7:5

A couple of days late. Had a death in my extended family, which has required out of town travel. Won't return home until late next week.

Nothing much of note. Shoulders are still painful when I try to move them to the edge of normal flexibility range - to reach behind my back, etc. I won't be working out at all until the week after I get back home.

I'm still optimistic about this process. Physical changes take time.

And depending on what needs healing and how, it may take a lot of time.

Indeed. I am already considering a second run of OPH after finishing this one and taking the prescribed full break.

Cycle 5 - Mid-point
ASRB2: 7:5

Starting to notice some improvement in my shoulders. Less stiffness and soreness when I reach behind my back.

Some vivid dreams, but they were job related. And that's easy to understand: I'm not fond of my current job, save that I was jobless for over six months and now I'm getting paid. I have a strategy for that as well.

Oh, and I got a small positive finding on my veteran's disability claim. So that's a small sum coming in every month. If not immediately, I've earmarked it to eventually become "mad money", meaning I will be able to set some or all of it aside for future purchases of other ILM titles.

Have you ever come across hanging to help shoulders? (e.g hanging from a bar).

John M Kirsch has a book on it, and there's also youtube videos on it. It is meant to help alot.

I started doing it as kettlebell swings were making my neck feel tight and crap and after I hang for a bit I drop down and I feel this amazing relief. I even do a little bit of hanging on a couple of my inbetween workout days.

I have. My coach recommended it for my current, ongoing problems. At the time, it caused more pain than it relieved. Given the current status, it's worth giving it another try.

Thanks!
